The new pulse spray method allows for the effective application of minute amounts of press oil, which is difficult to achieve with dripping, sponge, or roller methods. **Benefits of Uniform Micro-Application** Enables uniform micro-application at a rate of 1 mL/min. Expected cost reduction due to decreased oil usage. **Benefits of Improved Production Quality** Achieves a spray with minimal variation in application width even when changing the application amount. Reduces product defects caused by uneven and unstable application amounts, leading to longer mold life. **Improvements in Work Environment and Efficiency** Realizes an airless spray with minimal splatter through a highly responsive ultra-fast valve. Annual cost reduction of 2 million yen! A case study of suppressing black mold (Cladosporium) using disinfecting electrolyzed water.

We would like to introduce a case study where an electrolyzed water generation device and an automatic spray device were implemented at a beverage manufacturer. At this manufacturer, the room where malt is produced has high humidity year-round, making it prone to black mold growth. They were manually cleaning for three hours using a high-pressure washer, and with six production rooms, the burden on workers was significant.
